Pilot Terms (ATLAS)

These terms apply to experimental or paid pilot interactions and do not imply production-wide service guarantees.

1. Scope

Pilot work is executed on a case-by-case basis to validate one narrow commercial use case. The current focus is ATLAS Logistics. Pilot scope, data boundaries, and integration depth are defined before execution.

2. Evidence and decision bounds

We do not transform observed facts into a universal trust claim. Each outcome is tied to the pilot context and decision context.

3. Commercial conditions

• Payment terms and service fee are confirmed in a separate commercial document for each partner.
• Data exchange is permissioned and reversible in scope if constraints change.

4. Liability and warranties

We do not provide certification of external actors. ATLAS is a decision support and evidence system used under defined pilot constraints.

5. Exit and handoff

Either side can stop the pilot per project agreement. On pilot completion, all generated outputs are archived or deleted according to the agreed retention settings.
