This page applies to the website earnedcapacity.com and interactions with atlas.earnedcapacity.com when you contact us or participate in pilot workflows.

Processing purpose: operational communication, partner triage, and outcome-aligned pilot setup.

What can be collected

• Contact data you explicitly provide (name, email, organisation, phone when shared).
• Technical logs needed for site availability and abuse prevention.
• Pilot data that you explicitly send for a specific decision workflow.

What we do not do

• We do not claim broad certifications or public trust statements not already achieved.
• We do not republish your customer operational data for unrelated purposes.

Access and storage

• Data is stored by project account boundaries and tenant separation in the operating environments.
• Access is limited to team roles required to support pilot operations.
• Backups and retention follow operational policy for proof replay and operational continuity.

Retention and deletion

• We aim to minimize retention. Pilot data is retained only for the defined pilot lifecycle.
• Deletion requests are handled manually before further redistribution or commercial rollout.

Data transfers

We do not describe new third-party global data marketplaces in this version. Pilot integrations are defined case-by-case, with explicit scope in each engagement.
